How to enable the feature to watermark during any image upload?

I can’t find it or figure out how.

It’s enabled by default.

Actually it’s not enabled by default. When you turn on your plugin, the watermark feature is disabled. To turn it on you have to go to watermark settings, check “on” on “Enable watermark” field, select watermark image and save changes.
