    Hello! My Client purchased the lightcase lightbox extension, but sadly it does not work properly.
    The Image is not shown in full size, even though “shrinking” is set off. Also, the image does not load in the middle of the window, but at the bottom right corner, effectively cutting the image. Like this, customers cannot properly see the full image, which is important. Another reason the extension was bought is the gallery- however the thumbnails are not recognized and as such not included in the lightbox. Also, the Icons are all over the place.
    My Client uses Woocommerce and the plugin “Germanized for Woocommerce”.
    I set off the prettyPhoto extension from Woocommerce by dequeing the style and script, and I changed the rel to “lightbox”.
    I am unable to explain why lightcase is not working properly, which is a pitty since it looks pretty good in your demos. Since It is important that the images are shown properly I have set the plugin back to “prettyPhoto” for now. Here is a link to a screenshot of the the problem: http://shop.bewerbung.net/Brand/Beispiel1.png
    Also http://shop.bewerbung.net is the site in question.
    I noticed that the img width and height was set to max. 405px/667px although the full size is 746x1024px. Is this due to the lightcase script?
    Here is an extract from the source html with the lightbox active:

    <div id="lightcase-overlay" style="opacity: 0.9; display: block; cursor: pointer;"></div>
    <div id="lightcase-loading" class="lightcase-icon-spin" style="display: none;"></div>
    <div id="lightcase-case" aria-hidden="false" role="dialog" style="opacity: 1; display: block;" class="" data-type="image"><div class="lightcase-content"><div class="lightcase-contentInner" style="opacity: 1; max-width: 100%;"><img src="http://shop.bewerbung.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/problemloeser-lebenslauf-1.jpg" alt="" style="max-width: 405px; max-height: 667px;"></div></div><div class="lightcase-info"><div class="lightcase-sequenceInfo" style="display: none;"></div><h4 class="lightcase-title" style="display: none;"></h4><p class="lightcase-caption">Problemloeser Lebenslauf-1</p></div></div>
    <div class="lightcase-content"><div class="lightcase-contentInner" style="opacity: 1; max-width: 100%;"><img src="http://shop.bewerbung.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/problemloeser-lebenslauf-1.jpg" alt="" style="max-width: 405px; max-height: 667px;"></div></div>

    <img src="http://shop.bewerbung.net/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/problemloeser-lebenslauf-1.jpg" alt="" style="max-width: 405px; max-height: 667px;">
    </div>
    </div>
    <div class="lightcase-info"><div class="lightcase-sequenceInfo" style="display: none;"></div><h4 class="lightcase-title" style="display: none;"></h4><p class="lightcase-caption">Problemloeser Lebenslauf-1</p></div>
    <div id="lightcase-nav"><a href="#" class="lightcase-icon-close" style="opacity: 1; display: block;"><span>Close</span></a><a href="#" class="lightcase-icon-prev" style="display: none;"><span>Prev</span></a><a href="#" class="lightcase-icon-next" style="display: none;"><span>Next</span></a><a href="#" class="lightcase-icon-play" style="display: none;"><span>Play</span></a><a href="#" class="lightcase-icon-pause" style="display: none;"><span>Pause</span></a></div>

    I appreciate any help.

    @quasibird, please contact us via contact form as we’re close to releasing a updated version, but could send you the dev just now – maybe this will fix these issues.

    Since the box is still not working properly, here is the link to the site: http://shop.bewerbung.net, The site itself is in german, I hope this does not pose a problem. To enable that you can actually see the problem I switched back to lightcase, though I can only do that for the next hours, because it will cause the sells to drop.

    To sum-up my issues:
    1. The negative margins are not computed on the lightcase-case div, which seems to be the issue regarding the positioning.
    2. Scrolling does not work
    3. The Gallery does not work/ the thumbnails are not recognized by any design except for SwipeBox.

    Thank You!

    Sorry, I had to change the lightbox back for now, since we are loosing customers like this. Am I the only one who had issues with the positioning? I could send you the source code of a page with the issue, but I can not set the lightbox to lightcase for longer than that while it is broken.

    The thing you’d have to change is the data-rel produced by Woocommerce from:
    data-rel=”prettyPhoto[product-gallery]”
    to
    data-rel=”lightbox”
    or
    data-rel=”lightbox-gallery-1″

    It would be also a good idea to remove the lightbox enqueued by Woocommerce.

    function df_remove_woocommerce_lightboxes() {
      // styles
      wp_dequeue_style( 'woocommerce_prettyPhoto_css' );
      // scripts
      wp_dequeue_script( 'prettyPhoto' );
      wp_dequeue_script( 'prettyPhoto-init' );
      wp_dequeue_script( 'fancybox' );
      wp_dequeue_script( 'enable-lightbox' );
    }

    add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'df_remove_woocommerce_lightboxes', 99 );

    function df_woocommerce_single_product_image_html($html) {
        $html = str_replace('data-rel="prettyPhoto[product-gallery]"', 'data-rel="lightbox-gallery-1"', $html);
        return $html;
    }
    add_filter('woocommerce_single_product_image_html', 'df_woocommerce_single_product_image_html', 99, 1); // single image
    add_filter('woocommerce_single_product_image_thumbnail_html', 'df_woocommerce_single_product_image_html', 99, 1); // thumbnails

    I know, sorry I did not make myself clear enough: I did do that, but I had to change it back because responsive lightbox worked less than prettyPhoto itself. The problem I have with prettyPhoto is that it does not work good with mobile. But when I use responsive lightbox either there is no full screen option or the gallery is not recognized. I had hoped that this would change with lightcase, however this one did not even position correctly (while all the others did).
    My problem is, that when I change to responsive lightbox and lightcase to show you my problem, I am loosing customers as they can not view the product correctly. Since the products are virtual and designs, it is absolutely necessary to be able to see the full sized image. I am pondering about how I can show you the problem without having to loose customers.

    Before we take other steps, I belive that except the above there is also a Javascript issue, 2 exactly, that might be related to this and be responsible for braking any Javascript on your pages (including RL):

    Error: TypeError: a.curCSS is not a function
    Source: http://shop.bewerbung.net/wp-content/plugins/wp-listbuilder/jquery-ui-1.8.16.min.js
    Line: 14

    Error: TypeError: jQuery(…).tooltip is not a function
    Source: http://shop.bewerbung.net/wp-content/themes/wp_simple/shortcodes/shortcodes.js?ver=1.0

    Ok, thank you. I deactivated the wp-listbuilder- however I do not know how to fix the second error since the js is part of the theme and I do not understand what I’d have to change. Anyhow, I am not getting these errors anymore now.

    I tested somethings and noticed a difference compared to last time:
    1. The picture is now showing in the the middle of the screen- not at the bottom right corner- which is great!
    2. The Gallery is still not recognized, as before, the only style which recognizes the gallery from responsive Lightbox is the SwipeBox
    3. The Images are larger than the screen by far- which is intended- however there is no option to scroll the image. This is my most important issue here- is it even planned for this plugin to enably scrolling the img?

    Kind Regards

    Hi @asrointe

    I checked your site under this url: http://www.asrointeriors.com/films_solar.htm/ and lightcase lightbox seems to be working perfectly fine there.

    Can you share some screenshots or other details of the issue – preferably in a new, separate support thread.

    Lightcase just opens an image for me when installed. I look at the source code, and it doesn’t even appear to load in the lightcase js and css files even though it is registered and selected.
