Is there a URL to access the .ics? (I know there’s an /ical URL)

Hi. Thank you for this plugin and any help.

I see going to http://example.com/events/feed/ical downloads the .ics file with my events in it. My issue is I’m trying to use this URL in an application, and for some reason the app is returning nothing when trying to access this URL. But when I tried a different event generator plugin which provided a URL for the .ics, my application works and returns a valid file.
