    Hello,

    I bought a licence for the Justified Gallery for Responsive Lightbox plugin earlier today but I have not received any instructions on how to install/activate it! On my purchase history my transaction still shows as “pending”. I have not even received a receipt!

    Can you get this sorted, please!

    Hi Wolf,

    Indeed there must have been an issue with payment processing. It should be all good now.

    Not quite. I could download the plugin now, installed and activated it. There are two new tabs, “Justified Gallery” and “Licenses” but when I enter the license key I get an error message “License activation failed” and it is not working.

    From what I see your license is active.
    BTW – the plugin should work even if your license is not active – it is used for automatic updates only.

    Scrap that :) I know what the problem is. It works now and it works well.

    The only thing now is the license number not working …
