Hi, I just purchased Responsive Lightbox – Lightcase to use with WordPress and PhotoMosaic; I used the free version of Responsive Lightbox with no problems but this paid-for version has broken something.

If I try to get into the ‘Settings’ area I receive the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”

If I try to deactivate the plugin but I get the Fatal Error message:
“Fatal error: Call to undefined function Responsive_Lightbox() in /home/lauramac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/responsive-lightbox-lightcase/responsive-lightbox-lightcase.php on line 193”.

Is this a known error and is there something I can do about it? Any suggestions would be welcome at this stage; otherwise please arrange a refund to my PayPal account (Vivid Websites)

PLEASE IGNORE MY MESSAGE – I didn’t realise I had to have the original free version of the plugin activated at the same time. I now can get into the settings page.

ONE ISSUE REMAINING … the images are not opening as a Gallery, they are opening individually and the user must close one image before opening another. In the PhotoMosaic plugin I have checked the ‘Group Images’ option. I am using the Lightbox Bridge: PhotoMosaic : Lightbox Bridge : Responsive Lightbox.

Have I missed something? URL example

    Thanks you, Sarah

    Hello Sarah,

It looks like the PhotoMosaic code that handles Responsive Lightbox compatibility is slightly outdated.
If we had a chance to look at your site’s code via FTP we’d probably be able adjust it and make it work properly.
Can you share it via private reply here?
